A company announcement to all our customers from CEO, Nick Sheehan:

Our company is continuously evolving to deliver an excellent customer experience, and I'm really pleased to announce some improvements to ensure we're doing just that.

Faster service

Behind the scenes we've rolled out a new service delivery platform and streamlined some of our internal processes so any help you need gets assigned, worked on and resolved faster.

This also empowers our service team to take complete ownership and work holistically on any issues you have from start to finish, adhering to the Service Level Agreement you may have in place.

Better communication

The new platform expands our communication channels so access to our team is easier, along with improvements to the clarity and frequency of information shared between your team and ours.

A single view of your business

We're now combining all your service, project and sales information in one place, so our team members are better informed with a singular view of your business. This means more people can get to work quickly to support you and optimise the technology you use now, while others with a strategic view of your operations can offer evidence-based advice and plan a cost-effective technology roadmap with you.

Customer portal

For added convenience we've also launched a customer portal.  Accessible via our website or the portal URL (bookmark it for quick access), you can log in to create a service ticket when you need help, check the status of your tickets and manage any that are in progress, plus more features that will be rolled out soon.
